Shipping and CC Charging
Due to editing and production timelines your Forever Faithful DVDs will not be ready to ship until the middle of November 2014. DVDs from past events may ship within two weeks. If your product has not arrived by the end of November, please contact us at the phone or email below.
Because of the delayed shipping time it is important to understand when your card will be charged.
- Website orders are charged at the time of order.
- Telephone and on-site orders are generally processed just before shipping.
o If your CC account expires before November it will be charged at the end of September.
o If your CC account changes or closes before the end of November you will need to contact us with the new payment information.
- International orders placed by web, phone or in person will be charged immediately.
- You agree to contact us at email@example.com or 877-721-3900 (or 269-471-6484) before contacting your card company on any charges before the end of November 2014.
- AIM Fulfill Uses the secure PayPal network to process credit cards. Your CC statement may read Camporee DVD or PayPal Camporee DVD even if you placed your order onsite or on the phone.
- If a credit card is declined, we will attempt to contact customers via phone or email three times. After that the order may be canceled. Customers will have to replace the order at the current price.
All funds are in US Dollars. AIM Fulfill accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept US cash and checks & US Money Orders.
The customer is responsible to order the correct product. Defective products will be exchanged with the same product. If AIM allows a refund for any reason, shipping and handling charges may not be included.
AIM Fulfill cannot accept responsibility for customers supplying a wrong or incomplete address. Customers are required to expend every effort to claim packages when notice is given in a timely way. If an item is returned, AIM Fulfill will attempt to contact the customer. If the customer does not respond, we will hold the item for reshipment for 60 days. Refunds are not automatic for returned shipments and will incur a restocking fee. In many cases the customer will have to pay an additional shipping fee if they supplied a wrong address or failed to claim package in a timely way.
Because many international orders are placed on temporary CC accounts, AIM Fulfill will charge the card at the time of order even by telephone or on site. All web orders are charged at time order is placed. The cost of postage is for standard mail so adequate shipping time should be allowed. Customers are expected to expend every effort to ensure delivery of the package. AIM Fulfill cannot accept responsibility for customer supplying wrong or incomplete address. International address formats should fill in the standard address form as best they can.
The customer is responsible for any customs fees charged by their government. Refunds will not be granted due to failure to pay fees and collect shipment.
